Steamboat Dock Museum

For decades, the Steamboat Dock Museum served as the home of the Keyport Historical Society and a gateway to the borough's rich history. Located along the waterfront, the museum housed exhibits, artifacts, photographs, and documents that told the story of Keyport's people, businesses, and maritime heritage.

Although the Steamboat Dock Museum was lost to Superstorm Sandy in 2012, the stories it preserved remain at the heart of the Keyport Historical Society's mission. Through exhibits, collections, and educational programs, the Society continues to share the rich history of the people, places, and events that shaped Keyport.
