This portion of the waterfront once supported essential industry and infrastructure that extended across what is now both Veterans Park and neighboring Benjamin Terry Park. Part of the Benjamin Terry Boat Yard operated along this shoreline, where vessels were built during Keyport’s shipbuilding era.
